About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Equipment Sales Leader to join our team at Boston Scientific Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in capital equipment sales, services excellence, and crafting groundbreaking solution portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize equipment utilization and maximize revenue through strategic leadership and sales expertise.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, engage with customers, and negotiate contracts to deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation by leveraging service and solution platforms to create new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, biomedical engineers, and nursing staff.
  • Manage commercial deals, prepare approvals for repairs and services, and implement pricing strategies to maximize operating income.
  • Maintain up-to-date account files and prepare competitive sales contracts to achieve annual sales targets and increase market share.
  • Foster strong relationships within hospitals and integrated delivery networks, and act as a liaison among Sales, Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
  • English language proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
  • 3-5 years of consistent capital equipment sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and implementing innovative strategies.
  • Understanding of the hospital buying process, including the role of National Accounts, GPO, Distributors, and public tenders.
  • Knowledge of BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other database programming languages.
  • Based in Mexico City.
  • Master negotiation and presentation skills, self-direction, and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or master's degree related to the field.
  • Learning Agility: The capacity to rapidly learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
