About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Acceleration Leader to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales efficiency and effectiveness across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address these gaps.
  • Design and launch sales enablement programs to support sales teams in LATAM, including training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, sales teams, and other business partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in sales operations and enablement.
  • Proven track record of success in executing sales enablement strategies and driving sales performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
