About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Operations leader to scale our Global Sales organization. This role will partner with senior leaders to design, build, and run critical business capabilities, driving transformative initiatives that bring people, processes, and technology together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to accelerate sales team efficiency and productivity
  • Develop standards for intake, prioritization, process documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and report on key performance metrics regarding process efficiency and quality
  • Use data to identify and execute opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Build strong relationships and standards for cross-functional collaboration with key partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support best practices
  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles and embed them in the organization
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a Sales Operations leadership role or similar growth or operations roles
  • Experience developing and maintaining documentation of complex business processes
  • Deep understanding of typical customer contract structures in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in sales technology ecosystem and tools like Netsuite
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university; business, finance, economics, or engineering focus is a plus
