Role Summary

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to the sales team at Optimum Sco. This involves assisting with various tasks related to the sales process, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to inform targeted marketing efforts.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures and social media content.
  • Assist in planning in-person events and managing logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Advanced English language skills - business communication.
  • Hybrid job - remote and on-site work required.
