About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively solicit and manage large group/catering opportunities with significant revenue potential.
  • Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential.
  • Achieve personal and team-related revenue goals.
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
Work Environment:

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
