Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers and provide timely support.
  • Maintain proper email etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Utilize expertise in application packaging using Admin Studio tool, with a strong understanding of VBScript and PowerShell programming languages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in APPV 5 and APPV 4.6, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of SCCM to ensure seamless deployment and management of applications.
  • Employ strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues arising at the end-user level for MSI, APPV, and SCCM deployment.
  • Think critically and creatively to address complex scenarios and develop effective solutions.
  • Understand the end-to-end process of EUC Certification, with a focus on delivering high-quality applications that meet customer requirements.
  • Analyze the history of an application, including its packaging and earlier requirements, to inform current packaging decisions.
  • Collaborate with the planning and lab teams to decode glitches and steer packaging in the right direction.
  • Contribute to the development of automation scripts for various activities related to the end-to-end process.
  • Develop a basic understanding of VMWare vSphere and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
