About the Role

F5 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10, macOS clients, and our infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience in a technical field related to Information Technology.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Technology Support Specialist or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of solid customer service experience.
  • CompTIA (or similar) certifications, such as A+, Security+, and Network+, are preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as M365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or greater, are preferred.
  • KCS Practices certification is preferred.
