Job Description

We're searching for a skilled Digital Marketing Outreach Strategist to join our team at Regex SEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

As a Digital Marketing Outreach Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive outreach strategies to attract top talent from targeted companies and industries. You will conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and the best sources for top talent.

You will work closely with hiring leads to understand the specific requirements and expectations for each role. Your goal is to tailor outreach strategies to meet the needs of different teams and roles within the company.

You will also track the effectiveness of outreach efforts through detailed reporting and analysis. Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve strategies and outreach techniques. Stay updated on recruitment trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency of the outreach process.

Responsibilities
  • Outreach Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies tailored to attract top talent from targeted companies and industries.
    • Continuously refine outreach methods to ensure they are effective and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Networking & Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and the best sources for top talent.
  • Screening, Interviewing & Recruiting:
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with hiring leads to understand the specific requirements and expectations for each role.
    • Tailor outreach strategies to meet the needs of different teams and roles within the company.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
    • Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts through detailed reporting and analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve strategies and outreach techniques.
    • Stay updated on recruitment trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency of the outreach process.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with the following qualifications:

  • Experience Requirements:
    • At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on direct outreach.
  • Recruiting & Outreach Experience:
    • Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing both in-person and digital outreach recruiting initiatives.
    • Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus, providing familiarity with the fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Workable is a HUGE plus, offering a streamlined approach to managing the recruitment process.
  • Specialized Recruiting Experience:
    • Must have experience recruiting and outreaching to SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Digital Marketing Project Managers, Marketing Managers, and other Digital Marketing roles.
    • Strong track record of sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire hiring funnel.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
