Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships & Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and research on target clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • SOURCE NEW PARTNERS AND EXECUTE EXCITING PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONS.
  • Negotiate partnership deals that align with business objectives and strategy.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI from partnerships.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Hospitality and Software / SaaS industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numerical data.
