Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to achieve established sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attain the sales goals outlined by the management.

2. Maintain consistent communication with the client's internal sales team and end customers.

3. Build and nurture a robust rapport with Sales Executives.

4. Identify client needs and facilitate a seamless sales experience.

5. Compile a project inventory by model and verify stock levels in the warehouse.

6. In instances of equipment shortages, ensure that the Sales Executive initiates the necessary equipment requests, which are then fulfilled by the warehouse manager.

7. Document and update the status of sales opportunities weekly, maintaining an accurate Pipeline that reflects new, won, and lost deals.

8. Address any technical inquiries from Sales Executives or end customers regarding mobile devices.

9. Distribute regular updates on new product launches, promotions, technical specifications, and other pertinent information to assist Sales Executives in their proposals.

10. Gather and consolidate support documentation (invoices, emails, etc.) for sales transactions on a weekly basis.

11. Keep an accurate record of equipment loans to Sales Executives.

12. Log assigned tasks through the designated platform, as well as document daily work activities.

13. Analyze competitive market data to provide timely and accurate insights about competing brands, enabling informed recommendations regarding our product offerings.

14. Deliver presentations to senior executives about our comprehensive range of products and services.

15. Proactively identify potential opportunities with other brands to leverage and enhance our competitive advantages.

16. Organize and oversee brand positioning events.

17. Prioritize projects based on their significance to effectively communicate next steps to management.

18. Participate in weekly channel meetings to review progress towards sales quotas.

19. Stay informed about advancements and new product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in mobile device sales is preferred.

- Proficiency in English is desired.

- Educational background in business administration, engineering, IT, marketing, advertising, or related fields.

- Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar applications.
