About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining and developing existing business with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers
  • Drive new business opportunities through remote channels, such as virtual demos, video conferencing, and web-based sales, and with the ability to support in-person sales when required
  • Support with conducting research on leads, develop an understanding of prospect needs, and help with the active development of opportunities both inbound and outbound
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty using digital tools
  • Prepare quotes and price negotiations
  • Contribute to design-win, business-win, and revenue growth for assigned customers
  • Assist with the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential
  • Prioritize day-to-day activities independently and prepare customer interactions based on data and analytics
  • Update sales management systems for core activities, such as CRM
  • Assume full ownership of accounts and manage stakeholder communications
Requirements
  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment
  • Basic Account Management skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Remote selling experience and analytical skills
  • Basic digital ambassadorship and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve)
  • Knowledge of semiconductor products and applications
  • Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
