- Technology Advancement: Actively improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.
- Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors as it relates to the IT area, fostering strong relationships and ensuring optimal solutions.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to manufacturing environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Language Skills: Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts, as well as expertise in one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
- Soft Skills: Data analytics and presentation documents skills, an outstanding service-oriented mindset, open communication, and international collaboration.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems: General understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLCs, and similar components.
