Technical Support Specialist for Azure Environments

Epicor is seeking a technical support specialist to assist in supporting one of its fastest-growing SaaS businesses.

As part of the Epicor retail hosting and SaaS team, the successful candidate will work with our sales team, professional services team, support teams, and end users to deliver the best possible SaaS experience to our customers.

The technical support specialist will be responsible for:

- Providing technical support for Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and Azure environments

- Managing service requests, escalations, and providing updates to management and users

- Reviewing SLAs, gathering customer requirements, and creating technical documentation

- Assisting with hardware/software evaluations and resolving complex issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
