**Job Summary**

Trident Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Member Support Specialist to join our team. As a Member Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and assess risks associated with business activities and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the root cause of member delinquencies and develop customized solutions to improve their financial security

• Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements with members within defined guidelines

• Maintain accurate records and documents all contact and collection attempts

• Stay up-to-date with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations surrounding the collection industry and within USAA standards

**Requirements**

• 1+ year of experience in auto collections and/or repossession, consumer loan collections, or internal/external skip tracing

• Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience with CACS and/or Master Queue

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
