The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled National On Premise Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. This key role will focus on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase share of mind in the On Premise channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with international guidelines to maximize brand impact in the On Premise channel.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Culture Marketing, to leverage best practices and ensure seamless execution.
- Create engaging events and activations that showcase Red Bull's premium values and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage agency relationships, accounts, artists, and opinion leaders to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Train and coach the On Premise team on new marketing tools and concepts to enhance availability, visibility, and activation of Red Bull at the point-of-sale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in On Premise, Marketing, or Events.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of On Premise and Culture Marketing.
- Creative mindset and exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
- Travel requirements: 30-40%.

You have a passion for innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving results in the On Premise channel. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
