Red Bull Sales teams are responsible for ensuring that our product is always available to consumers across the globe. We achieve this through two channel-oriented sales teams: Off Premise and On Premise.

The 'Musketeers' team generates trials and creates opportunities in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As a key representative of the brand and consultant to their territory, they identify business opportunities in new On Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive both current and future sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.

Negociación

Establish and maintain win/win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business. Utilize impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one On Premise. Measure success by tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.

Ejecución

Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present (brand, product). Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.

Relaciones

Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, bar staff, distribution partners, promoters, agencies, etc.). Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.

Requisitos

2 años de experiencia en ventas o Marketing.
Antecedentes previos trabajando en el sector de la hospitalidad, vida nocturna y/o FMCG son beneficiosos.
Conocimiento básico del mercado y adaptación al sector local de la industria On Premise es beneficioso.
Capacidad autónoma y capacidad para trabajar independientemente en un entorno dinámico, ágil y basado en terreno.
Visionario, innovador y comercialmente consciente (muestra comprensión de procesos de ventas y finanzas).
Habilidad planificadora, priorizadora y organizativa.
Habilidad analítica (análisis de datos de ventas y clientes).
Predominio callejero. Conoce qué está pasando en las calles – comprende todas las grupos de personas, qué tipo de persona tiene que enfrentar todos los días y cómo actuar ante ellos.
Autoconsciente y capaz de adaptar la comunicación, la presentación y la apariencia profesional según el público y la escena. Excelente habilidad de comunicación y escucha activa y capacidad de negociar.
Capacidad de trabajo flexible (incluyendo noches y fines de semana).
Conocimiento básico de IOS y MS Office.
