Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Talent and Culture Strategies: Collaborate with plant leadership and HR Center of Excellence to develop and implement talent and culture strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead HR Team and Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the onsite Human Resources Team and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped to meet the needs of the business.
  • Build Organizational Capability: Develop and implement talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development, to build organizational capability and drive business results.
  • Support Plant Operations: Provide strategic and consultative leadership guidance to support plant operations, including headcount planning, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Owner of HR Metrics: Track, report, and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership Guidance: Provide strategic and consultative leadership guidance to the HR team and other stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges.
  • Identify Critical Positions and Develop Succession Strategies: Identify critical positions and develop succession strategies to ensure the continuity of key roles and functions.
  • Develop and Coordinate HR Related Modules: Develop and coordinate HR related modules within the strategic planning process to ensure that future initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Resolve Employee Relations Issues: Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Labor Relations, or Psychology: A bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or psychology is required.
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Human Resources: A minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation, is required.
  • Experience in Multiple Core Functions of HR: Experience in multiple core functions of HR, including manufacturing HR team leadership, labor relations, employee relations, compensation, recruiting, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and org effectiveness, is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, including building effective teams and driving business results, is required.
  • Proven Ability to Balance Strategic and Tactical Skills: A proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills, with a focus on driving business results, is required.
  • Consultative HR Partnership: A consultative HR partnership approach, with a focus on driving business results, is required.
  • Accountability, Ownership, and Ability to Execute: Accountability, ownership, and the ability to execute are essential for this role.
  • Data-Driven and Computer Savvy: A data-driven approach, with proficiency in HR tools and systems, is required.
