- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Labor Relations, or Psychology: A bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or psychology is required.
- Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Human Resources: A minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation, is required.
- Experience in Multiple Core Functions of HR: Experience in multiple core functions of HR, including manufacturing HR team leadership, labor relations, employee relations, compensation, recruiting, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and org effectiveness, is required.
