We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Training Supervisor to join our team at Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. in Nogales, Sonora. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the training area of the Site Operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the requirements of the Manufacturing processes and other Departments in terms of Operational and/or Technical Training.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs to drive operator advancement and support manufacturing process projects.
- Ensure the technical development of operators, process knowledge, and ability to optimally manufacture plant devices.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Regulatory Training aligned to Government (STPS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Professional degree in Administration or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in Operations/Industrial Training processes.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Computer literacy and experience with TRESS System in Training Module and Supervisors.
- Personnel Management and Public speaking skills.
- Experience with SIRCE (Government Platform) is an asset.
