About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Execution Specialist to join our team at Grundfos Holding A/S. As a key member of our Americas region team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of spare parts orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Handle CIC tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation
  • Assist customers with order tracking and supply chain issues
  • Proactive SAP housekeeping to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence team to improve supply chain management
  • Handle return stock from customers and improve the return process
  • Facilitate close collaboration and problem-solving between CSSC, Global Logistics, and stakeholders
  • Attend to ad-hoc tasks from line manager or functional teams
  • Participate in Daily Action Meetings and track key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics or commercial management
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or working with 3PL
  • Highly developed communication skills in English
  • Experience working in an international company
  • Relation and networking skills
  • Knowledge of the Courier Express and LTL transportation business
