Key Performance Analyst for Regional Dealerships

Overview
Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing critical support to dealerships within a region, ensuring seamless sales and financial performance.
About the Role
This analyst will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, analyzing data to optimize sales strategies, and communicating key insights to stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, financials, and dealership operations to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance sales and profitability
- Collaborate with retail group management, dealer principals, and general managers to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing knowledge of dealership financial statements and sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales-related roles, preferably with field dealer contact
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
