Regional Sales Director for Mexico and Americas

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mexico and the Americas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth in this strategic region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in Mexico and the Americas.
- Manage and lead the assigned sales territory, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee and coordinate sales activities, including sales administration, forecasting, and reporting for the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in Mexico.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or sales team management role, preferably in Mexico or Latin America.
- Excellent organizational skills, negotiation, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead the team through challenges.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
This role requires frequent travel within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
