Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with teams to integrate and collaborate on projects to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client calls to provide immediate service, transfer calls, or require follow-up for resolution.
Identify customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each call as a specific case.
Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
Use standard scripts and established guidelines under supervision to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide customers with specialized information.
Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
Gather necessary information to update the database.
Escalate issues to senior levels based on complaints or concerns.
Explain company policies to customers.
Responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
Ability to problem solve and think critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
