**Job Description: Senior Automotive Planner**

This hybrid role combines on-site workdays with remote workdays, requiring a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally. As a Senior Automotive Planner, you will develop strategic plans to increase profit and market share, leading regional executional teams and coordinating program execution for multiple products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and product strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with global program teams to represent the Mexico and GMCC market perspective.
  • Create and support AFS (Approval for Study), NoD (notice of Decision), and CR/DN's (Change Request/Decision Notice).
  • Lead cross-functional teams and administer meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Manage program gate reviews, report program status and risks to senior leadership, and establish accurate program timings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, its trends, features, content, technology, and key players.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
