Job Summary

The Regional Media Manager is a key role within the Prime Video team, responsible for driving and converting awareness and interest into acquisition outcomes for LATAM local content campaigns. This position has a multi-territory scope, managing stakeholders in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia, as well as engaging with media peers in the region and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • 100% responsible for Media Planning and Optimization, KPI management dashboards consolidation and analysis, reports standardization among different agencies, and scaling media guidelines and insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on full funnel media results to optimize title growth strategy.
  • Align and engage with the performance and growth media team to set strategy for 1P and ADSP pillars of the media plan.

The Prime Video team is focused on delivering a world-class digital video customer experience. The LATCANZ paid media team works to find effective, efficient, and scalable ways to connect audiences with the content they will enjoy, showcasing our vast catalog in the right moment, to the right person, and with the right content.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.
