About the Role:
Mozarc Medical seeks an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
