We are seeking a highly skilled Predictive Analysis and Transformation Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Controllership team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving processes through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement statistical and mathematical models to drive predictive and machine learning projects
- Define and guide the Controllership data/predictive analysis strategy to deliver strategic avenues and prioritize control resources
- Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to provide actionable insights into current business performance
- Advise and share advanced analytics models and best practices within PepsiCo Regions (LATAM & Global)
Requirements:
- Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Systems engineering or related degree
- 2-4 years' experience in statistical models development, database management, and programming capabilities
- Advanced English, proficient in communication to all levels, and strong leadership skills
