We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Reach International Consulting in Mexico City.
About the Role:
As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the senior executives in terms of travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and general administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely with senior executives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling liaison matters with external partners and suppliers.
- Translation of documents from English to Spanish.
- Providing administrative support with operational tasks.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in the SOFOM industry or with a background in law.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from $15,000 to $18,000 per month.
Location:
Reach International Consulting, in person.
