Logistics Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Carrier Sales Representative to join our team at Carolina Logistics Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure long-term collaboration and seamless logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews with carriers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand our network.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity while maximizing company margins.
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure seamless integration of carrier services into our logistics processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months - 2 years of proven experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of the US transportation market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
