Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets and pricing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for pricing and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience in maintenance and repair services, cloud services, financial services, security, sanitation, logistics, transportation, etc.
  • Availability to travel and work with a CRM system.

This is an exciting opportunity to join 253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. as a Salesperson-Maintenance Services, where you will be responsible for building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside the current customer base.
