Job Summary:

Charger Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Mexico region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Territory and Account Strategies: Work closely with the President and Director of Sales to develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the Mexico region.
  2. Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
  3. Provide Solutions to Complex Problems: Take on complicated problems and provide well-thought-out solutions. Build a prospect list and make cold calls while understanding the value of networking and making connections.
  4. Manage Financial Resources: Manage and define financial resources, monitor budgets related to projects, and provide input or analysis for financial decisions impacting the projects.
  5. Build Relationships: Invest time into building and fostering relationships to earn new accounts and grow the company over the long term.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Track Record: Proven track record with a strong focus on new business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, presenting, and closing deals.
  2. Experience in Sales and Account Management: 8+ years of sales and account management experience in the transportation industry is highly preferred.
  3. Complex Deal Experience: Experience in B2B sales involving complex deals.
  4. Sales Planning Process: Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
  5. Customer Interface: Ability to interface with all required levels at a customer (entry level to senior executive).
  6. Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
  8. Energy and Passion: High energy and genuine passion for selling.
  9. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as in a team environment.
  10. Education: College or university degree in a marketing or business-related field is an asset.
  11. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
