About the Role:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned franchise owners, providing guidance on all aspects of their business and store operations.
- Maintain effective working relationships with corporate departments to ensure seamless integration of business functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales trends, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Provide training and support to franchisees and their staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
- Evaluate and report on market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending actions to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Four years previous restaurant/retail management experience.
- Strong relationship-building, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (notably Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel extensively by airplane and automobile to visit franchisees and inquirers.
