**Key Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with the Sporting Goods Senior Manager to develop strategic frameworks and operating plans.

Build trust relationships with buyers and drive purchase orders on time.

Analyze order books and segment customers for optimal sales execution.

Coordinate calendar execution, drive pre-sale processes, and manage detailed scorecards.

Identify opportunities and escalate for approval.

Drive multifunctional alignment and manage P&L and Gross to Net.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

6+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing within FMCG or Sports Industry.

Proficiency in English language.

**Work Arrangements:**

The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in office and remaining days remote.
