**About the Job**

We are seeking a Service Support Associate to join our team at Grupo Prodensa. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency.

The key duties include:

  • Listening to customer concerns, problems, and questions;
  • Positively promoting the product and company, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise;
  • Recommending potential products to meet customer needs;
  • Preparing product and customer reports by compiling data gathered during customer interactions;
  • Assisting customers with their warranty, replacement, or return claim needs and informing them;
  • Order processing and quoting orders;

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience or equivalent in another field;
  • A high school certificate or equivalent;
  • 100% written/100% spoken English proficiency;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Customer-oriented and adaptable skills.

**Work Environment**

This is a time-full job, with a regular schedule of 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

**Estimated Salary**

The estimated salary for this position is around $25,000-$35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
