**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service team in providing exceptional service to all customers.
  • Greet and assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes.
  • Use computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets.
  • Manage the check-in process, ensuring customers have the proper documentation for travel.
  • Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.
  • Frequent communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
