The Role

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Client Services Manager in developing sourcing strategies for each role recruited and agreeing on the strategy. This will involve interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements, and developing innovative sourcing options, including networking, headhunting, and using world-class research tools.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for each role recruited
  • Interpret resourcing plans and define role requirements
  • Develop innovative sourcing options, including networking and headhunting
  • Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
  • Produce communications to a high standard and in accordance with client brand guidelines
  • Liaise and develop relationships with agencies when required

Requirements:

  • Strong sourcing experience and management of teams of sourcers/recruiters
  • RPO experience highly desirable
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
  • Experience of face-to-face interviewing, including competency-based interviews
  • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting the area of work
  • Deep knowledge in at least one market sector
