The Inbound Support Agent plays a crucial role in operational assistance. This position involves daily communication with truck drivers, dispatchers, and clients. The agent is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing detailed information in a dynamic environment, utilizing both email and telephone communication. Whether addressing a straightforward inquiry or orchestrating a complex resolution, the Coyote 24.7 Team is committed to offering support with a friendly demeanor and a steadfast No Excuses approach.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Promptly respond to inbound calls and emails from drivers, carriers, and clients Efficiently and accurately address inquiries, offering potential solutions while ensuring the caller feels valued and supported Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives Utilize available resources to independently and thoroughly resolve issues Maintain and document information using relevant company software Create incidents and send notifications as necessary, escalating issues when appropriate Deliver exceptional customer service through tone and actions Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company and role
