We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Strategy Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth across our luxury hospitality destinations. With a strong focus on innovation and data-driven insights, this role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with 5+ years of experience in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that amplify our unique essence and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand management and communications strategies to build strong connections with our audience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
