Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing trade spend activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and develop effective strategies to improve performance.
  • Working closely with Finance and Marketing teams to complete promotional post evaluations and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Providing regular reporting to the Customer Planning Manager on volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
  • Monitoring revenue realization of any cost price increases and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly and working with Sales Finance to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Attending customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Approving promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly reviewing promotional spend to optimize returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience in revenue growth management and/or sales finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reduce complexity using disciplined and collaborative approaches.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple data points into a holistic position.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Familiarity with the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of customer and category dynamics.
