Transportation Sales Specialist

At Charger Logistics, we are seeking an experienced Transportation Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships in the transportation industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of proven track record in sales and account management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess strong negotiation and closing abilities, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure proper execution of sales orders and smooth customer onboarding. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve your sales strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and Christmas bonus. Our benefits package includes international training, life insurance, savings fund, healthcare benefit package, food coupons, and career growth opportunities.
