We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Sales Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer, a leading global technology company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new leads and existing customers from small and medium-sized businesses, providing expert guidance on TeamViewer products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of consultative selling through solution-based approaches, showcasing TeamViewer's value proposition to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical sales engineers to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet or exceed quota and weekly KPIs.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customers' business practices and how TeamViewer solves their problems, fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business.

A competitive compensation package, ranging from $20,000 MXN to $80,000 MXN monthly, plus overrides, ensuring your financial success. Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in English and Portuguese.
  • At least 1 year of related sales experience in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred).
  • Hunter attitude, proactive outreach, and uncovering customer needs.
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities, handling a high volume of leads.
  • Intermediate understanding of PC and mobile devices, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota, with a college degree or equivalent experience.
