**Job Summary**

The Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for creating and managing global strategies to maintain a highly engaged and skilled team in a wellness and development-oriented environment. This includes increasing business opportunities, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and qualify potential clients through online searching, market research, and attending industry events.

- Establish relationships with potential clients and transfer them to sales representatives.

- Maintain and optimize relationships with leads, providing updates on company services and organizing meetings or events.

- Collaborate with the team to create and implement global strategies.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field.

- 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

- CRM management skills.

- Advanced English language skills.

**About the Role**

This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Thursday schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
