Position Overview

In the role of Associate Client Executive , your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing renewals and upselling initiatives for designated regions and/or leads within a shared resource group.
  • Determining the most effective virtual communication channels for customer engagement.
  • Assessing customer requirements, influencing product strategies, and driving sales to completion.
  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of growth strategies for your territory.
  • Maintaining a foundational understanding of products within the subsegment and collaborating with Sales Specialists when in-depth product knowledge is necessary.
  • Recognizing prevalent customer profiles and needs within the subsegment and territory.
  • Concentrating on enhancing customer retention and meeting renewal objectives by engaging with current clients during the renewal phase.
  • Utilizing an automated, data-driven Salesforce workflow to advance sales opportunities.
  • Cultivating prospects and transitioning more renewals from 'digital-first' sales approaches to closure for existing 'non-named' account renewals and incremental sales (upsell).

Candidate Profile

You will be a suitable candidate if your experience includes:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Customer Success, Customer Service/Support, SaaS Implementation, and opportunity management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets (including renewals, upsells, and price adjustments).
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, being both personable and professional, with a focus on relationship building.
  • A commitment to a schedule that aligns with client work hours.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software applications (Microsoft Suite).
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Capacity to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to maintain consistent performance under pressure, such as time constraints or job ambiguity, along with determination, persistence, resilience, and patience in challenging situations.
