About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive maintenance management for production equipment, including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize business disruptions.
  • Corrective maintenance of equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitoring and compliance with department KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR metrics.
  • Technical support for automated equipment, including programming and configuration of PLCs and HMIs.
  • Project management for CAPEX and OPEX initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of programming languages, including PLCs, HMIs, and controllers.
  • Experience with project management, including contact with local and international suppliers.
  • Mandatory education in Electronic, Mechatronics, Electric, or Maintenance Engineering.
  • Advanced level of English, with the ability to hold complex conversations.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Experience in Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement methodologies.
