As an IS/IT Technology Specialist (Scrum Master), you will provide knowledge, consultancy, and advisory within your area of specialism with respect to a particular (emerging) technology. You will actively participate in the development and promote technology that supports business requirements within your area of expertise. You may be accountable for the realization of specific deliverables in relation to IT development or lead the technical activity within your area of specialism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies
- Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision
- Ensure IS/IT requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new products. Consider the cost effectiveness of proposed solutions
- Support the development of and/or review of standards, documentation, and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise
- Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications, and detailed systems specifications
**Required Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one Power Bi
- Experience of successfully as Scrum Master - Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
