Key Responsibilities- Drive and track success criteria of a feature group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify short-term investment opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather customer requirements and assess market demand, informing product decisions that align with business goals.
- Ideate, plan, and define a product strategy for your feature/product areas, working closely with engineering, design, user research, and customer success teams to enable product success.
- Develop a detailed product roadmap and convert business needs into technical specifications for engineers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate usability reviews with customers, gather feedback, and make evidence-based decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Champion usability and accessibility, making every feature inclusive and available to all users.
- Define success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving data-driven decision making.
- Manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams to build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans, promoting the group of features you worked on.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in product/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and apply learnings to practice.
