Job Overview

This role provides support to the Technology and Project Managers in delivering the most ambitious production capacity expansion in the LEGO Group's history. As a Production Capacity Expansion Project Coordinator, you will execute purchase orders for machinery and equipment, control and optimize digital documentation of projects, ensure compliance of supplier and contractor requirements, supervise contractors' work at the manufacturing site, monitor the Continuous Improvement plan, and requisition equipment and stationery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution of purchase orders for machinery and equipment for expansion projects.
  • Control and optimization of digital documentation of projects at sites in the area.
  • Ensure compliance of supplier and contractor requirements prior to installations.
  • Supervision of contractors' and suppliers' work at the manufacturing site.
  • Monitoring of the Continuous Improvement plan for the MD&I AMS area.
  • Requisition of equipment and stationery for the area in the Purchasing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: 6th semester and above preferably from the Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering field.
  • Proactive, responsible, self-driven.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other CAD software.
  • Good at working individually but also within a team.
  • Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English.
