**Job Title:** Technical Specialist for Vision Systems

**Job Summary:** We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist for Vision Systems to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation on production environment. You will also develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or central entities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analytical and problem solving techniques.

• Cross-functional and multifunctional team collaboration in a global environment.

• Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.

• Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities and projects.

• Responsible for following implementation of DMD ́s / VVT ́s / and general specifications requested for VS.

• Responsible for supporting quality / customer audits.

• Responsible for supporting fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production process.

• Responsible for supporting validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.

• Eliminate non-value added activities.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor ́s degree in Mechatronics / Electronics.

• English advanced.

• Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• 2+ years in vision system technology: Asentics Pulsoft S10, Cognex Easybuilder / Insight, Explorer, Manta RearView, PlusGold, LuckGold, OMRON VT-X750 / RVS X-Ray.

• Interpretation of technical drawings.

• Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).

• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Deep knowledge in MSA and SPC.
