Time Entry System Support Specialist

This role provides technical support and solutions to internal clients utilizing Kronos Time and Attendance software. The successful candidate will engage clients through service interactions, identifying opportunities to enhance or improve performance and utilization of the product in accordance with Global HRIS strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing knowledge and skills to serve as a T&A Subject Matter Expert through comprehensive understanding of system capabilities
- Assessing technical situations and establishing case priorities/severities according to service level agreement
- Providing training or retraining for client users as needed
- SUPPORTING payroll process and calendar
- Conducting Service Reviews with business stakeholders
- Identifying and analyzing root causes of issues and providing appropriate resolutions
- Interacting with HRIS team members and stakeholders to ensure proper solution functioning and integration with HR and Payroll systems
- Providing input to the implementation team with an operational perspective to reduce errors and decrease system changes in production
- Escalating potential service issues to Time System Partner
- Creating required operational processes and practices
- Maintaining lessons learned process and ensuring implementation of appropriate action items to drive continual improvement
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, Financial or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have 2+ years hands-on experience in Time & Attendance or Time & Labor Management software, preferably Kronos or eTime Time System.
Expected salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
