**Job Overview:**

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide on-going customer support and resolve client inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

**Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can conduct client verifications, address account-related inquiries, process transactions, and cross-sell a range of products and services to existing and new Citi clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Resolving inquiries and managing client issues based on empowerment grids
  • Making recommendations for temporary line increases, as necessary
  • Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of a wide range of products and service offerings
  • Escalating potential fraud cases to the Fraud department and signing on behalf of the bank, if needed

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Influencing and relationship management skills
