At Fronius, we are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global company in the solar and battery charging industry. As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring sales and service quotes with customers, managing customer portals Key Accounts, coordinating shipments, maintaining the database of clients and prospects, supporting the acquisition of new clients, documenting sales information in CRM, and following up on the Sales Process and National Service.

- Support the acquisition of new clients

- Follow up on the Sales Process and National Service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sixth-semester student of the Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce careers
- Intermediate English
- Teamwork
- Proactivity
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, learn from experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in customer relationship management.
